The role is a day-shift, Monday–Friday position within CBRE’s Engineering and Technical Services, emphasizing preventive maintenance, repairs, and reliable operation of building systems. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of related experience, a high school diploma or trade school, and capable knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical basics, plus strong MS Office

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of related maintenance experience is required or considered with education.
• Certifications in the field are preferred.
• Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting on mechanical systems throughout commercial buildings.
• Diagnose and address basic electrical issues within general maintenance scope.
• Perform HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical system maintenance and repairs.
• Assign work orders and estimate time and materials for repairs.
• Support energy management by ensuring building systems operate efficiently.
• Inspect new installations for compliance with codes and safety regulations.
• Lead by example and model CBRE RISE values.
• Ensure work quality and work within standardized procedures to meet deadlines.
• Exchange straightforward information and check for understanding.
