Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in Tulsa seeks a Mobile Engineer to maintain and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical and building mechanical systems to ensure peak performance across client facilities. You will perform preventive maintenance, respond to emergencies, operate boilers, heaters, pumps and valves, and help manage inventory while ensuring safety and compliance with applicable codes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; apprenticeship/trade-school background preferred.
• Experience with building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and related controls.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repair on facility mechanical, electrical, lighting, and related systems.
• Maintain, operate, and repair HVAC systems, electrical distribution, plumbing, and related grounds.
• Respond to emergencies and support after-hours as needed.
• Operate boilers, heaters, pumps, valves, and steam/water distribution equipment.
• Maintain stock and inventory control; submit monthly operational reports.
