Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with eight+ years in electrical, refrigeration and/or HVAC.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read and follow operating procedures and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Performs preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, mechanical, plumbing and HVAC equipment.
• Monitors building system operations and safety compliance.
• Oversees outside contractors and ensures work meets SOPs and work instructions.
• Maintains lighting, energy management, and building systems.
• Responds to emergencies and customer concerns.
