• Comply with codes, regulations, safety directives related to building operations.
• Develop energy management programs to operate systems efficiently.
• Oversee outside contractors; respond to inquiries from clients and staff.
• Lead preventive maintenance to meet equipment life; perform emergency repairs as needed.
• Review inspections of building systems to ensure design and environmental conditions are met.
• Apply advanced knowledge to develop new methods; mentor others within the team.
