Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assign work orders and estimate time/materials for repairs; maintain inventory.
• Perform maintenance and repairs on mechanical, plumbing, structural, fire life safety, and control systems.
• Comply with codes, regulations, and safety directives.
• Develop energy management programs; ensure efficient operation of systems.
• Oversee work by outside contractors and respond to client inquiries.
• Lead preventive maintenance programs and perform emergency repairs as needed.
• Review inspections of building systems to ensure operation within design specs.
• Share knowledge across disciplines and coach others.
• Lead by example and promote CBRE values.
• Contribute to cross-discipline objectives and process improvements.
