Job summary

Pinchin LLC is seeking a Senior Consultant to join the Building Envelope team in the United States. You will lead complex projects, provide technical guidance, and strengthen client relationships while expanding Pinchin’s footprint in existing buildings and envelope consulting.

This is a growth-focused role with emphasis on mentorship and cross-office collaboration. Ideal candidates have strong leadership, broad technical expertise in building envelope disciplines, and a track record of

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Building Science or related technical field.
• Significant experience independently managing building envelope, existing building, or engineering projects with client communication responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge in building envelope consulting, roofing, waterproofing, façade and concrete restoration, windows/doors, forensic investigations, construction administration, or capital reserve studies.

Responsibilities

• Lead building envelope and existing building consulting projects from evaluation through design, bidding, construction, and closeout.
• Manage technical evaluations, field investigations, forensic assessments, design consulting, and construction-phase services.
• Develop and manage project scope, schedule, budget, and client expectations to ensure successful outcomes.
• Prepare and review technical reports, specifications, drawings, assessments, and repair recommendations.
