Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience supervising teams and subcontractors in facilities maintenance.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications and CMMS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations, assign work orders, and provide training to coworkers and subcontractors.
• Coordinate preventative maintenance during off-peak hours to minimize disruptions.
• Inspect building systems (fire alarms, HVAC, electrical, plumbing) for optimal performance.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate with engineering staff as needed.
