Job summary

CBRE Government & Defense is seeking a Facilities Team Leader to supervise building services, maintenance, and support staff under varying supervision. The role emphasizes coordinating daily operations, ensuring safety, and delivering high-quality facility management.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent and 3–5 years of related experience; a valid driver's license is preferred. This on-site position requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of general maintenance/repair experience.
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures, inventory management, mailroom functions, and building maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Assist and check facility to ensure security, cleaning, mail, maintenance, conference room setup, and delivery functions are performed.
• Lead, monitor, and/or perform utility, Building Services, and maintenance work; train staff and liaise with vendors.
• Monitor facility systems and service contracts (HVAC, electrical, security) and respond per CBRE protocol.
• Coordinate work orders with facility departments; maintain records, logs, and reports.
• Perform various setup, maintenance, inventory, and coordination tasks as needed.
