The ideal candidate has 5+ years of trade experience, relevant licenses, and EPA 608 Universal certification.

Qualifications

• Operate and maintain MEP systems in a commercial property.
• Supervise maintenance staff when applicable.
• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections.
• Maintain safety and compliance with codes and company directives.
• Coordinate with contractors and document reporting.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily operations and maintenance of MEP systems.
• Supervise maintenance staff as needed and assign tasks.
• Perform preventive maintenance including filters, belts, lamps, bearings, and inspections.
• Develop and improve building maintenance procedures.
• Coordinate with external contractors and technicians.
