Job summary

Seabreeze Management Company Inc is seeking a Building Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the operation, maintenance, and repair of HOA building systems. You will lead the engineering team, coordinate with vendors, and ensure safety and compliance across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and structural systems.

The role requires 7+ years in building maintenance with supervisory experience and a High-Rise Fire Safety Director Certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certifications preferred.
• High-Rise Fire Safety Director Certification required.
• 7+ years of progressive building engineering/maintenance experience, with supervisory responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations, maintenance and repair of building systems for HOA communities.
• Lead engineering staff, coordinate with vendors and manage safety/compliance programs.
• Develop and enforce preventive maintenance schedules and SOPs.
• Ensure fire life safety systems are operational and compliant.
• Manage after-hours emergencies and prepare reports for the General Manager.
