Job summary

Seabreeze Management Company is seeking an experienced Building Maintenance Supervisor to oversee operation, maintenance, and repair of all building systems within HOA communities. You will lead the engineering team, coordinate with management and vendors, and ensure safety, compliance, and timely PM execution.

The role requires 7+ years in building maintenance with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity, plus strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire/life safety systems

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive building engineering/maintenance experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or trade certification preferred.
• High-Rise Fire Safety Director Certification is required or preferred.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire/life safety systems.
• Familiarity with building automation systems (BAS), energy management, and sustainability practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation, maintenance, and repair of all building systems within the HOA community.
• Lead the building engineering team and coordinate with management, vendors, and residents.
• Develop, implement, and maintain a formal preventive maintenance (PM) schedule for all building systems.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and successful response to emergencies and after-hours events.
