Job summary

Seabreeze Management Company Inc is seeking a Maintenance Technician to handle routine upkeep of building systems and fixtures. You will perform carpentry, painting, plumbing and electrical repairs to keep properties safe and well-maintained.

The role requires strong communication, a professional demeanour and the ability to operate a range of hand and power tools. Tuesday through Saturday shifts support building operations and resident safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one-year related job experience.
• Must demonstrate a positive attitude and a professional demeanor.
• Possess a valid state issued driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Able to operate a variety of hand and power tools used in building and grounds maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure building systems operate efficiently and that the physical condition of buildings remains sound.
• Carpentry, painting, plumbing and electrical repairs as part of maintenance duties.
• Clean and repair fixtures such as lights, locks, windows, doors, screens, walls, floors, gutters and drains.
