Qualifications

• Experience leading rehabilitation projects for existing or historic buildings.

• Demonstrated ability to mentor junior staff and lead teams.
• Excellent communication skills with clients and project teams.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross-disciplinary design efforts.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex rehabilitation projects with strong engineering judgment.
• Coordinate with architects, envelope consultants, contractors and engineers.
• Review and mentor junior engineers, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Contribute to proposals, site visits, and client-facing activities.
• Guide design tasks from concept through construction phase.
