Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Familiarity with structural analysis tools (SAP2000, ETABS, RAM, RISA-3D, PCA) and BIM software (Revit, AutoCAD) expected.
• Strong communication, collaborative mindset, and detail-oriented approach for complex problems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct structural analysis and diagnostic evaluations of existing buildings and infrastructure.
• Prepare clear, detailed reports and drawings for technical and client audiences.
• Participate in site inspections, condition assessments, and construction observations.
• Support project planning, scope definition, and technical deliverables.
• Learn and apply best practices in repair, reinforcement, and renovation strategies.
