Qualifications

• Minimum of 5-10 years working with building envelope project experience.
• Experience with both new construction and restoration preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings.
• Strong written and verbal communications skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage and mentor the inspection team to enhance effectiveness.
• Conduct project reviews and lead meetings with construction teams.
• Assess technical needs on projects and manage budget requirements.
• Provide visibility to Principal on project status and timelines.
