Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication; detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Manage building envelope projects and deliverables across phases.
• Lead meetings with contractors, designers, and owners on envelope topics.
• Review reports and prepare architectural detail drawings for envelope analysis.
• Maintain knowledge of local building codes.
• Mentor the inspection team and train staff for site visits.
• Assist in proposals, new business, and client communication.
