Job summary

ECS Group of Companies (ECS) seeks a Building Enclosure Principal to join our Southeast Building Science & Infrastructure team in Atlanta, GA. You will lead building enclosure consulting projects and serve as a senior technical expert on investigations, commissioning, testing, and design consulting.

You will collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and owners, manage multiple projects, mentor junior staff, and ensure quality, budgets, and schedules while advancing ECS capabilities in

Qualifications

• 12+ years of building enclosure consulting experience including testing, commissioning (BECx), design review, or forensic assessments.
• License/certification: PE, RA, IIBEC certifications (RRC, RWC, REWC, RBEC, CBECxP) or BECxP/CxA+BE.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from setup to closeout, ensuring scope, schedule, and quality adherence.
• Mentor junior staff and Associate Principals, guiding technical growth.
• Provide client leadership, develop proposals, and review reports for accuracy.
• Oversee fieldwork, subcontractor activities, and ensure compliance with ECS standards.
