Job summary

THP Limited, Inc. seeks a Project Manager- Building Envelope in our Raleigh, NC office. The candidate will join a design team to assess and design envelope systems, including masonry, curtain walls, EIFS, and skylights. A PE or RA license and Revit proficiency are required, with 5+ years design and PM experience preferred. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience designing building envelope systems.
• Registration as a PE or RA is required.
• Experience using Revit.
• PM and envelope design background preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and coordinate projects of various sizes.
• Act as primary contact as part of a multi-disciplined design team.
• Perform assessment, design, and construction administration duties for building envelopes.
• Direct the work of staff and manage all phases of assessment, design, and construction administration.
• Conduct or direct assessments of existing structures.
• Nurture client relationships and participate in business development.
• Support team member development and education.
