Job summary

THP Limited, Inc. seeks a Project Manager- Building Envelope in our Raleigh, NC office. The candidate will join a design team to assess and design envelope systems, including masonry, curtain walls, EIFS, and skylights. A PE or RA license and Revit proficiency are required, with 5+ years design and PM experience preferred. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Project Manager- Building Envelope

THP Limited, Inc. is adding a full-time licensed structural engineer or registered architect and Project Manager with 5+ years of experience to our team. This position is located in our Raleigh, NC office.

Projects include assessment and design of all types new and existing building envelope systems including masonry, stone, curtain walls, EIFS, metal plate, skylight elements, and roofing.

The ideal candidate will be able to:

• Plan, develop, and coordinate projects of various sizes.


• Act as primary contact as part of a multi-disciplined design team.


• Perform assessment, design, and construction administration duties related to building envelope systems.


• Direct the work of staff members and be in responsible charge of all phases of assessment, design, and construction administration.


• Conduct or direct assessments of existing structures.


• Nurture client relationships and participate in business development activities.


• Participate in team member development and education.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years’ experience in the design of various building envelope systems.


• Registration as a PE or RA is required.


• Experience working in Revit.


• Project management and building envelope design background preferred


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
