CBRE is seeking a Senior Building Engineer to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, mechanical, plumbing and HVAC systems across building interiors and exteriors. The role monitors operations, ensures code compliance, and oversees contractor work while maintaining energy efficiency.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED with extensive experience in building systems, plus universal CFC certification and related licenses.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED with eight+ years in electrical systems, refrigeration and/or HVAC.
• Universal CFC certification required; additional certifications in electrical, mechanical, HVAC and refrigeration may be required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to work safely and comply with codes and regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Maintains building systems including mechanical/HVAC/plumbing and electrical, interior and exterior.
• Oversees and inspects work by outside contractors and coordinates related activities.
• Responds to emergencies and customer concerns; maintains energy management to minimize operating costs.
