CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Chief Engineer to support the Chief Engineer in managing engineering operations and directing vendors and subcontractors. You will ensure smooth operation and maintenance of building systems, provide technical guidance, and lead a team to achieve operational excellence.

You will supervise shift operations, develop preventive maintenance plans, inspect systems, manage inventory, and respond to emergencies while coaching others and modeling CBRE values.

Qualificações

• Experience in shift management or supervision preferred.
• Ability to solve unique problems with standard and innovative solutions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsabilidades

• Manage shift operations and assign work orders.
• Review tenant service requests and identify recurring issues.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
• Inspect and maintain building systems and inventory.
• Schedule maintenance activities to minimize downtime.
• Respond to emergencies and document repairs.
• Coach and develop team members across disciplines.
• Lead by example and align with CBRE values.
