Responsibilities

• Lead operations, assign work orders, and provide technical training to coworkers and subcontractors.
• Plan preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
• Inspect and ensure building systems (fire alarms, HVAC, plumbing) operate within design specs.
• Oversee and inspect work by engineering staff to ensure completeness and quality.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate with teams as needed.
• Apply advanced knowledge to develop better methods for achieving objectives.
