Job summary

You will coach staff, manage budgets, estimate materials and labor, and respond to emergencies, driving continuous improvement while aligning with CBRE's values and standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 5–8 years of related experience.
• Shift supervisor or managerial experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities; capable of complex calculations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff training, performance evaluations, and hiring.
• Coordinate daily team activities, set schedules and deadlines.
• Develop and communicate preventive maintenance programs and safety procedures.
• Ensure timely, high-quality completion of work with proper information and materials.
• Estimate material and labor costs for work orders and projects.
• Manage facility maintenance budgets and respond to emergencies.
