Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Track the training and development of staff; conduct performance evaluations.
• Coordinate daily team activities; set schedules and assign tasks.
• Develop and communicate preventive maintenance programs and safety manuals.
• Ensure technicians have information and materials to complete work on time.
• Develop material and labor cost estimates for maintenance and projects.
• Establish and maintain facilities maintenance budgets.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate with leadership as needed.
• Apply advanced knowledge to improve methods and outcomes.
• Demonstrate expertise and coach others across functions.
