Job summary

Colliers seeks a technically skilled maintenance/engineering professional to manage building systems and daily logs in a Richmond, VA property. You will ensure efficient handling of tenant requests while supporting budget and project processes.

Qualified candidates bring 5+ years in maintenance or engineering, strong HVAC knowledge, and proficiency with MS Office. On-call availability for after-hours and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in building maintenance or engineering.
• Solid working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and building equipment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Flexibility to be on-call for after-hours/weekend emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and check daily operating logs for HVAC, fans, graphs, meters and complaints.
• Ensure tenant service requests are handled efficiently at economical cost.
• Assist in developing the annual budget and RFP process for projects.
• Demonstrate understanding of procedures and chemical treatment levels for cooling towers and boilers.
