About You
You2re a technical and engineering expert, familiar with maintenance systems and equipment. You bring strong organizational skills, a customer-centric approach and a positive outlook to everything you do.
As the Building Engineer, you2ll be responsible for ensuring the maintenance systems are running efficiently to ensure the safety of our clients and their properties. You2ll respond to client requests, prioritize and assign work orders, and follow up to ensure minimal downtime. You like to be proactive by conducting regular inspections, alarm testing, and implementing preventative maintenance programs.
You also know how to develop and maintain strong relationships with property managers, suppliers and department leaders. And with a keen eye for details, you2ll be able to successfully manage multiple priorities and reports, including inventory, records, and schedules.
