Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Senior Building Engineer to perform preventive and corrective maintenance, installations, and operations of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC/R equipment for high-performance buildings. This role supports the Engineering and Technical Services function and focuses on continuous cooling, power reliability, and centralized control.

• High school diploma or GED with trade school or training.
• Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in electrical systems and/or HVAC/R, stationary and facilities engineering.
• EPA certification required.

Responsibilities

• Follows all applicable codes and safety directives.
• Operates and maintains building systems to deliver uptime.
• Coordinates and inspects work by outside contractors.
• Maintains and inspects HVAC/R, electrical, plumbing and building management systems.
