Job summary

ECS is seeking a Building Enclosure Senior Project Associate to join our Southeast Building Science + Infrastructure team in Long Beach, MS. You will manage building enclosure consulting projects, lead technical investigations, and collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and owners to deliver practical solutions across various facilities.

The role emphasizes project management, technical execution, and mentorship within a collaborative consulting environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Civil/Structural/Architectural Engineering (NCARB).
• 5+ years in building enclosure consulting or related field.
• Licensure or certification: PE, RA, IIBEC, or NCARB certifications.
• Strong knowledge of building envelope systems and codes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage building enclosure consulting projects from setup through completion.
• Coordinate project teams and direct site activities with field staff, subcontractors, and senior managers.
• Lead client meetings, present findings, and maintain client relationships.
• Mentor junior staff and supervise testing personnel on site.
• Prepare reports and ensure technical accuracy and clarity.
