ECS Group of Companies in San Antonio, TX seeks a Building Enclosure Senior Project Architect to lead our Southwest Building Science & Infrastructure team. You will manage enclosure projects, serve as lead technical consultant on investigations, testing, and design consulting, and mentor junior staff within a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in civil/structural/architectural engineering or architecture with NCARB eligibility.
• 6+ years of building enclosure consulting, investigations, testing or forensic assessments.
• Licensed architect; professional certifications preferred (IIBEC, BECxP/BECxP).

Responsibilities

• Lead building enclosure consulting projects from initiation to completion.
• Direct site observations, testing, and commissioning (BECx) activities.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage client communications and budgets.
• Prepare and review reports, proposals, and change orders.
• Mentor junior staff and ensure quality of deliverables.
