Job summary

ECS Southwest, LLP is seeking a Building Enclosure Senior Project Associate to join the Southwest Building Science + Infrastructure team in Tempe, AZ. You will manage enclosure projects, lead investigations, testing, and design reviews, while guiding a multidisciplinary team and maintaining client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Civil/Structural/Architectural Eng or Architecture (NCARB).
• 5+ years in building enclosure consulting, testing, BECx, design review, or forensic work.
• Licensure (P.E. or RA) or IIBEC certs preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage building enclosure projects from setup to completion.
• Coordinate project teams and field activities.
• Prepare proposals, change orders, budgets, and invoices.
• Mentor junior staff and supervise inspections and testing.
• Maintain knowledge of codes and standards.
