Pennoni seeks an experienced Senior Structural Engineer specializing in Building Enclosure Restoration & Façade Inspection to lead NYC restoration projects. You will mentor teams, manage client relationships, and contribute to business growth while providing technical leadership on building and parking structures, façades, and related investigations.

The ideal candidate has a NYS PE license, QEWI, QPSI, SPRAT Level 2, 10+ years in building restoration, and a proven track record with FISP/Local

Qualifications

10+ years of building restoration, façade engineering or enclosure consulting.
Extensive experience with FISP/Local Law 11 inspections, reporting and repair design.
Strong client relationship management and business development skills.
Excellent technical writing, communication and presentation abilities.

Responsabilités

Lead technical execution of building and parking structure restoration and façade inspections in NYC.
Oversee FISP inspections, assessments, reporting and repair recommendations.
Mentor junior and mid-level staff and support project management activities.
Develop and maintain client relationships and support business development.
Review and prepare restoration plans, specs and construction documents.
