Responsibilities

• Lead multiple restoration and rehabilitation projects from assessment to construction.
• Oversee façade, roofing, waterproofing, and building envelope repair work.
• Perform building condition assessments and forensic investigations.
• Prepare inspection reports, documentation, and regulatory filings.
• Mentor junior engineers and coordinate design efforts with teams.
