Job summary

LVI Associates in New York City is seeking an experienced Architectural Project Manager to lead restoration and alteration projects from planning through construction, coordinating client relationships, project teams, budgets, and schedules.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in restoration, façade repair, building envelope, adaptive reuse, or historic preservation, with a background in Architecture or Engineering, strong CAD/ BIM skills (AutoCAD required, Revit a plus), and familiarity with NYC

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in restoration, façade repair, building envelope, adaptive reuse, or historic preservation projects.
• Background in Architecture or Engineering
• Strong construction administration and field inspection experience
• Experience preparing construction documents, technical reports, and coordinating projects through construction
• Familiarity with NYC regulations, DOB filings, LPC approvals, and existing buildings work
• Comfortable working on scaffolds and conducting site observations
• Proficiency with AutoCAD; Revit experience is a plus
