Job summary

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in a technical field.
• 7 years of HVAC and building automation installation and service required.
• 4 years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Energy management: support and report energy initiatives; upgrade HVAC controls for energy performance.
• Training: develop and manage in-house BAS training; supervise field staff.
• Oversee building automation alarm reduction and coordinate short/long term projects.
• Manage BAS programming, UIs, and system software upgrades; field surveys of equipment rooms.
