Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of Building Automation industry experience.
• Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC controls.
• Experience selling directly to commercial end users.
• Consultative selling skills with ROI discussion.
• Technical understanding of BAS systems including BACnet/Modbus.
• Field experience in controls/engineering roles is valued.

Responsibilities

• Manage an established portfolio of accounts and grow opportunities.
• Develop executive relationships with building owners and facility teams.
• Lead consultative sales conversations focused on energy efficiency and ROI.
• Identify retrofit and upgrade opportunities and present solutions.
• Own the customer relationship from opportunity to contract and turnover.
• Develop account strategies through regular meetings and reviews.
• Collaborate with operations and technical teams to ensure delivery.
• Manage forecasts and maintain a healthy pipeline.
