Job summary

Infinite Resource Solutions, LLC is seeking a Project Manager to lead our Building Automation team. You will steer projects from inception to completion, coordinating engineers and subcontractors while ensuring schedule, budget, and quality targets are met.

You will forecast resources, develop change orders, and manage cash flow, invoicing, and client communications. HVAC/building automation experience is a strong plus in this role.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of project leadership experience (PM or technical lead).
• Experience organizing, scheduling, and leading meetings with internal teams and customers.
• Experience coordinating with general contractors and end clients.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
• Proficient with Microsoft Project.
• Electrical low voltage installation and subcontractor management experience is a plus.
• HVAC/building automation familiarity (sequence of operations, P&IDs) is a plus.
• Experience with building automation/industrial controls is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for project margin and financial health.
• Establish and monitor project schedule to completion.
• Forecast resources and manage risks.
• Communicate project status to leadership and customers.
• Draft/change orders and monitor invoicing and cash flow.
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards and QMS.
• Provide technical guidance to project team and contractors.
• Negotiate terms with customers when needed.
