Qualifications

• 3–5 years of project leadership experience required.
• Experience organizing, scheduling, and leading meetings with internal teams and customers.
• Basic understanding of HVAC systems in large building automation systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage project margins and financial health.
• Establish schedule for projects and monitor completion.
• Forecast resources for projects.
• Review and monitor risks and mitigation strategies.
• Present Schedule, Scope, and Resource Plan to leadership.
• Responsible for project financials including invoicing and cash flow reporting.
• Draft change orders and enforce quality plans.
• Serve as the primary commercial contact for customers.
• Lead large and/or multiple concurrent projects.
• Identify deviations and implement corrective actions.
