Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day activities of the field technician team and plan monthly technician routes.
- Analyze team performance and implement changes to ensure profitability, safety, and client satisfaction.
- Ensure safety compliance and alignment with contractual obligations.
- Lead and develop teams; establish development plans and conduct performance reviews.
- Coordinate with sales to link installation opportunities and support sales opportunities.
- Drive service and installation operational review meetings and review bids for accuracy.
- Recruit, hire and retain operational staff; set clear performance expectations and development plans.
