ENFRA is seeking a Technical Services Engineer to support Energy-as-a-Service projects, focusing on retro-commissioning across multi-building portfolios in healthcare and higher education. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering required.
• 5+ years of experience in engineering design, energy management, or retro commissioning.
• Professional Engineering (PE) license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance to pre-engineering teams during data collection surveys and site surveys to determine facility conditions.
• Develop energy conservation strategies to execute RCx projects.
• Assist design teams with integrating energy conservation strategies.
• Review RFPs for equipment and services to support project outcomes.
• Review critical equipment and system submittals for conformance.
• Conduct commissioning reviews and occasional peer reviews of design documents.
• Troubleshoot equipment/system installation and setup problems and support optimization of upgrades.
• Complete technical reports and develop tools to support project execution.
