Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Technical training and 5+ years of equivalent education/experience.
• Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
• Rotational Emergency Call Support as required.
• Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
• Experience in BAS/HVAC or related industry preferred.
• Niagara AX and/or Niagara 4 certification preferred.
• Knowledge of BACnet MST/IP, Lon, Modbus TCP/RTU, Ethernet OIP, MQTT, or SQL is a plus.
• OSHA 10 within 90 days of hire (training provided during onboarding).
• Current first aid / CPR card is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide responsive, professional customer service to build long-term relationships.
• Identify, diagnose, and troubleshoot direct digital control systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance, commissioning, and modifications as needed.
• Maintain BAS by inspecting logs, schedules, hardware, and programming.
• Provide controls technical support to HVAC technicians.
• Train and mentor less experienced technicians.
• Create and implement programming/graphics for installations and retrofits.
• Commission control installations and verify sequences meet specs.
