Job summary

Westlake Royal Roofing and Stone Solutions is seeking a Sr. Account Executive to cultivate, convert and retain builder accounts across Florida, focusing on premium roofing and stone products.

You will engage national and regional builders, architects, and suppliers to grow market share. The role requires 5+ years in building-products sales, strong negotiation and relationship skills, and the ability to collaborate with production, credit, product, and supply chain teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in building products.
• Ability to negotiate pricing with accounts in multiple markets.
• Project management skills.
• Analytical, financial and data driven.
• Ability to multitask and work with multiple opportunities simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; public speaking ability.
• MS Office and Salesforce CRM proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide external support to account managers to meet new customer and sales budget goals.
• Manage key builder relationships within the Florida Market and with national builders.
• Act as liaison between departments to manage escalation and issue resolution.
• Maintain and improve account relationships; build long-term partnerships.
• Maintain accurate client records and update stakeholders on contracts and schedules.
• Develop sales strategy to capture increased market share across the territory.
• Upsell and cross-sell to clients for Stone and Roofing product categories.
• Travel up to 50% within Florida to meet clients and close deals.
