Job summary

Westlake Royal Roofing and Stone Solutions is seeking a Sr. Account Executive, Builder – Florida to cultivate, convert, and retain national and regional builder accounts for roofing and stone sales in the eastern US. Preferred residence is Florida.

The role requires building relationships with architects and designers, coordinating with multi-department teams, and driving strategy to grow market share while meeting sales budgets and deadlines. Travel ~50% within Florida is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in building products.
• Ability to negotiate pricing with accounts in multiple markets.
• Project management skills.
• Analytical, financial and data driven.
• Ability to multitask and work with multiple opportunities simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; proficient in sales presentations.

Responsibilities

• Provide external support to account managers to meet new customer and sales budget goals.
• Manage key builder relationships within the Florida Market including architects, designers and local supply chain.
• Act as liaison between departments to manage escalation and issue resolution.
• Maintain and develop account relationships with multiple local sales teams.
• Maintain accurate client records and update on contracts/rebates/build schedules.
• Develop sales strategy to capture increased market share across the territory.
• Educate customers on product offerings to upsell and cross-sell Stone and Roofing products.
• Collaborate with Territory and Regional Managers to sell premium products on value.
