GovCIO seeks a Senior Budget and Operations Analyst to support DHS ICE in the Miami field office, handling budget planning, financial reporting, and operational tasking execution. The role focuses on budgeting, data calls, and program analysis to drive savings and better value.

Responsibilities include leading analysts, fleet and inventory management, travel planning, and records management to support mission success and timely reporting to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or commensurate experience required.
• 8+ years in dynamic customer delivery environments; Master’s Degree may substitute 2 years.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to attain DHS clearance preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide financial data reporting and analytics for mission taskings.
• Develop costing data and identify savings, risks, and opportunities.
• Support budgeting and financial planning for the Miami field office.
• Lead 1–2 analysts in fleet management, inventory, and travel planning.
• Support ICE fleet records and maintenance reporting.
• Manage inventory and training records for equipment usage.
