Job summary

GovCIO is seeking a Senior Budget and Financial Analyst to support financial management, strategic planning, program management, data analytics, and reporting for the Department of Homeland Security's ICE in the Atlanta Field Office. The role focuses on budget execution, data calls, and deliverables to meet mission objectives.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to analyze requirements, prepare briefs and risk assessments, and respond to government taskings.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience supporting government or mission-critical financial management.
• Ability to analyze budgets, financial data, and program performance.
• Excellent written and oral communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial data reporting and business analytics for mission requirements and government taskings.
• Participate in budget analysis for formulation, execution, and multi-year planning, coordinating with stakeholders.
• Monitor year-end budget figures, obligations, and align funding with priorities.
• Develop costing data, financial analysis, and program analysis to identify savings and risks.
• Capture budget requirements and lead or support resolution activities for program outcomes.
