The City of Fort Worth Police Department Fiscal Command seeks a Sr Administrative Services Manager to lead budget development, grant administration, and asset management. You will guide budgeting, forecasting, and reporting while directing teams responsible for fiscal operations and compliance.

This role provides strategic financial guidance to the Assistant Police Director and executive team, coordinating with multiple city departments and external agencies to advance department priorities.

Aufgaben

• Manage the budget, supplemental funding, and asset management teams (totaling 13 APs and 3 Managers) and monitor workflow.
• Conduct performance appraisals; ensure staff training; make hiring, termination and disciplinary recommendations.
• Participate in development and administration of budget; monitor expenditures; approve revenue projections.
• Facilitate the supplemental funding plan and monitor grants, asset forfeiture, and donations.
• Provide complex staff guidance to Executive Team; prepare and present staff reports; participate in departmental goals and performance measures.
• Analyze past and present financial operations, expenditure trends and revenue estimates for budget preparation.
• Represent the department to other departments and coordinate activities with outside agencies.
• Coordinate internal trainings; implement new systems through change management; monitor efficiency of fiscal services.
• Coordinate CCPD Board meetings; present information to the CCPD Board; prepare quarterly reports.
• Participate in analytical research and special projects as assigned by the Assistant Director and/or command staff.
