Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates, reviews, and monitors resource allocations for CI's business plan and IRS strategic plan.
• Identifies and researches budgetary issues; develops written analyses and recommendations.
• Reviews budget estimates and resources for soundness and adherence to guidelines; coordinates major projects.
• Prepares briefing materials and position papers for management; supports budget presentations.
