Job summary

Jabil is seeking a Senior Business Unit Manager in Austin, TX or Salt Lake City, UT (onsite). You will lead a major hyperscale customer in the Large Form Factor Data Center market, owning the BU’s P&L, and coordinating manufacturing, supply chain, and operations to enable growth and reliability.

Responsibilities include building executive relationships, shaping account strategy, and driving revenue and margin improvements across complex programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8-12+ years in BU leadership, manufacturing operations or customer-facing roles.
• 6+ years in hyperscale/cloud/data center environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic account with a hyperscale customer within LFF DC Infrastructure.
• Own P&L and drive revenue growth, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee cross-functional teams for program execution, capacity planning, and ramp‑ups.
• Lead quarterly reviews, executive updates, and strategic engagements.
• Develop forecasts, financial models, and improvement initiatives.
