Job summary

Jabil is seeking a Sr. Principal Technical Program Manager to lead architecture, integration, and delivery of advanced air and liquid-cooled server racks for hyperscale deployments.

You will drive cross-functional teams across mechanical, thermal, electrical, and manufacturing domains to meet demanding data center requirements. The role requires 10+ years in mechanical systems integration and 6+ years in project management, with strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Systems Engineering required.
• 10+ years in mechanical systems integration and program management.
• Experience with data-center rack hardware for hyperscale customers preferred.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex hardware programs across mechanical, thermal, electrical, and networking domains.
• Coordinate schedules, align requirements, and ensure on-time delivery of rack and cooling solutions.
• Provide regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders, manage risks and blockers.
• Collaborate with factories and suppliers from RFP through NPI and deployment.
