Alteryx Inc. seeks a Senior Business Systems Analyst to partner with Marketing and IT to shape the systems roadmap for Salesforce, Marketo, and the lead-to-opportunity lifecycle.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5+ years as a Business Systems Analyst focused on Salesforce and MarTech.
• Hands-on SFDC Sales Cloud including Lead/Opportunity objects and automation.
• Experience with Marketo, Pardot, HubSpot, or Eloqua and their SFDC integrations.
• Agile/Scrum, user stories, backlog grooming, and UAT execution.

Aufgaben

• Own Lead-to-Opportunity flow across SFDC, Marketo, and integrations.
• Document business processes and translate into system behavior for lead routing, scoring, and attribution.
• Configure campaign tracking, API integrations, and vendor connections.
• Lead requirement sessions with Marketing, BD, and Sales Leadership to capture goals and requirements.
• Translate business needs into technical specs and flow diagrams.
• Identify bottlenecks in the buyer journey and design enhancements to improve velocity.
• Collaborate with SFDC Developers, Enterprise Architects, and Systems Engineers on configurations.
• Oversee UAT, manage bugs/enhancements, and control change for deployments.
• Ensure data integrity in SFDC and MarTech with deduplication and GDPR/CCPA compliance.
• Partner with Analytics for pipeline attribution setup.
• Create training materials and release notes for high adoption.
