• Strong experience gathering requirements and documenting functional specs.
• Experience translating business needs into technical solutions and test plans.

Responsabilidades

• Interfaces with Business Stakeholders and IT teams to define, gather, and document business processes and needs.
• Coordinate requirements for applications and assist in testing, training, and user documentation.
• Analyze current state and emerging technology to add value to business processes.
• Develop detailed business cases, ROI calculations, and risk analyses.
